Advantages:

Хорошая большая ванна, квартира теплая,уютная,отдыхали семьёй вместе с детьми.

Disadvantages:

Необходимо обновить постельное белье, потому что то, что есть какое то уже старое , в общем один раз убрать квартиру очень хорошо (шторы постирать, пыль протереть везде,) И так же необходимо приобрести швабру,чтобы жильцы могли нормально убираться сами. И добавить в квартиру бытовую химию и туалетную бумагу. В остальном всё прекрасно.
