Advantages:

Достоинство только то, что дом минимально новый

Disadvantages:

Улучшить сервис. Мы бронировали квартиру на Богомягкова (ту, что на фото), а получили Тимирязева 23, где очень сильно прокурена квартира, грязные, заляпанные стены, рваный и ни разу не мытый линолеум, а так же ржавая вода. Подсчет комнат у них шикарен, однушка с гардеробной - это вполне себе 4-х комнатная квартира. Вода ржавая, стиральная машина в ужасном состоянии + негде сушить бельё. На данные замечания хозяйка или представитель, чей номер был дан для общения сказала, цитирую: "я на море и не могу сейчас вам помочь"
