Advantages:

Удобное расположение, в центре города, рядом есть кафе и магазины, свежий ремонт, домофон, тепло, есть балкон, приемлемая цена

Disadvantages:

Тапочки грязные, в ванной не убрано(везде разводы), не было мыла, бачок в туалете неисправен, нет wi-fi, матрас продавленный, постель дешёвая (синтетическая) было некомфортно спать, нет гладильной доски и утюга. Квартира, хорошая, но мелочи портят впечатление, видно что в ремонт вложено много средств, но жидкое мыло должно быть и утюг бы не помешал
